5 months now and still feels like hell.

In June 2022,i paid off my account with Cell c. A month a half later was told that I owe R690, 99 more cos it was not included in the settlement amount I was given for the month of June. No problem. I have been raided by Shabir Shaike attorneys saying I owe Cell C and amount of R10 800. I had to explain myself everytime of the situation. My bureau has been affected, I can't even get a loan because of this. Can't trade in my car because of damn Cell C. I Call the retentions Dept or whatever its called every second week and am told every time that I will be assisted and the issue has been escalated. I have paid up the R690, 99. Now I want a settlement letter and I still can't be assisted. I can't be assisted with clearing up my name. 5months,and going on to the 6th month and still my name has not being cleared. I am sick and tired of *********** agents who can't seem to do their jobs and that department that handles accounts, that clearly can't do their job.

And I say this again, I will never recommend Cell C to anyone. Not my colleagues, not to family and friends. Not even to a person living in the streets! That's how bad Cell c has treated me. I regret getting a contract with them cos seemingly I'll have this arrears on my name for years before being cleared even though I have paid up and can't even get a paid up letter.

I don't even know anymore where to get assistance with this, it is sickening.
