We reported a ********** account 2018 that was opened at Cell C with my wife's ID number, Cell C told us that the matter has been resolved and they sent us a confirmation letter that the matter is resolved, but to our surprise we just discovered that the Cell C re-activated a 9 years old old account that was closed and linked it to the ********** account and now my wife is suffering and cell c do not respond.

One of the store assistant from Lakeside mall advised my wife to go to Cell C Head office to have this matter resolve which i am not sure if Cell C will resolve it immediately and also compensate for all the troubles they caused us and the travelling to their offices.
