<p>4 weeks ago I lodged a complaint against Cell C for messing up my account. An agent by the name of Maropeng called me to confirm that a credit of R199 will be added to my account and that they will email my statement and call back. I never received the email. I got a call back the next week stating that there are notes but they will have Maropeng call me back as he is dealing with it. I never received the call back. I sent Cell C an inbox message on FB to ask whats happening and was just told this will be followed up but no one ever did. Today they proved their incompetence by doing the exact same mistake and deducting money from my account again. I want my money back and no longer want a service with Cell C and I WILL NOT PAY ANY BREAK FEES PERIOD.</p>
