I have called the Cell C number 084140 and spoken to various personnel 22/05/2015, I explained that my phone was sent in for repairs and received 21/05/2015 and was having the same problems ***, was transferred to repairs , the consultant advised that it is a software issue and before the conversation ended call went straight to rate the call, which I rated as ZERO, I called back spoke to Thabiseng ***, she advised that she will transfer me to repairs, however I was transferred to the \Get More"Department spoke to Kubeshnee who advised that she cannot assist"
