I've been going back and forth with cell c Speaking to different consultants and none of them are telling me what I want to hear

I took out a huwei p40 two years ago And I've been using the number *** for the longest time I've known

I did an early upgrade on the 9th of September I was told that I have to finish the p40 contract first and then I'll start paying the new contract in December

So now cell c is billing me for something I know nothing of They are claiming that Ive been using another number for my p40 But I've always used my *** as a reference when paying for this phone

I'm very upset because everything was fine I was paying R490 every month, Since I did an early upgrade now I'm being billed an extra 700 When I was told my new contract was only gonna be active in december

I have screen shots of cell c sending me pro rata for the new contract on my *** number

And then the second month they sent me data on my other number instead of my *** number

Please can someone assist me as this is a negative on my credit report
