i upgraded my contract in February till date im still waiting for the phone, no one even had the decency to notify me about the progress as to why i still havent received it and when i inquired they told me they had no record of the upgrade on their system. I again to inquire about why my data depletes so quickly id receive 10g on the 1st by the 2nd the data is on 2g they had no explanation instead i received a message that the query has been resolved, i decided to cancel the contract on the 30th of June ,contract is still active and they have no record of the cancellation on their system now ill will be billed for their incompetence . no one seems to know what they are doing even the consultants are quick to be rude when you vent out your frustration about their pathetic service .
