<p>When will the madness end? When will Cell C start taking their business and customer seriously? Do you guys have processes or you just randomly get by everyday? I app**** for wifi router on the 1st of Feb and 5 days later my application is still in the queue? Like WTH, then on the 6th guy named Nhlanhla Ncube wants a 3 month bank statement, payslip, proof of what what, my DNA results whereas I’m an existing contract customer with Cell C with 2 contracts, can you please sort out your house before we burn it?</p>
