I have been a customer with cell c for more than a year. I took out a contract with them and the instalment i got was never deducted because they debited more than the agreed amount. About 6 months before my contract ended i asked for a settlement as i was unhappy with the service. They gave me the amount and i paid. I was told to phone once paid which i did but never got through. When i eventually phoned again i was told the contract could not be cancelled as i did not let them know that i paid the settlement amount. By this time i was livid. We came to an agreement that they will investigate and if thee is proof that i phoned the contract will be cancelled. The person in charge who said she would phone never did and i only got an sms saying cancellation was successful. That month no money was debited as the contract was cancelled. I thought i am done with them and swore i would not do business with them again and then they went and debited my account the very next month. Is it ever going to end. They are so *********** and now we the customers have to suffer.

I would not recommend their service to anyone. They are one big disappointment. They are not even worth the one star rating.
