I did an application for a cell c contract some 3 weeks ago with a person named Anet Souris. The application went through and everything was approved . I was then left to deal with a person named Jacquelene Hayward who was supposed to handle the delivery of my phone. This person was giving me the run around for 2 weeks everytime telling me the phone would be delivered the next day. I eventually got frustrated and told her to cancel the deal and she agreed that she would. I have email conversations with both these peopke to prove the above. Then last week a cellphone was delivered to my house from cell c through ram couriers but I wasnt at home. My concern is that I cancelled and something was still delivered. I tried phoning the cell c call centre and the consultants have no idea what i am talking about saying that no applications were made. I then contacted the courier company and they advised me that they cant track a parcel without a tracking number and that i should get it from cell c but the cell c agents are so *********** one even told me that my application was declined. How can it be declined if it was delivered???? I would really like some answers. This service is shi
