Visited the new Cell C franchise store at Saveways Crescent , Witbank, on 6th July 2019.Found 3 employees. One was playing loud music on her cellphone. The other wanted me to shout over the volume of the cellphone, to get attention. The lady then came to her senses when I looked at her. I proceeded to check the balance on my 3x data simcards. I then bought R100 airtime. The gentleman who tried yo assist told me they do not issue receipts, but I will receive notification via sms, which I accepted and which I did receive. As I was walking away, the gentlemam who assisted me called me back to collect a receipt. I was too irritated to respond, and walked out. I will only visit this store if I absolutely must, but will otherwise avoid these insulting, untrained sales-persons who have no concept of customer service. I left the store feeling very angry, but managed to contain myself without insulting them. Get rid of useless people. There are plenty who can do a much better job. These give Cell C a bad name.
