I was debited for a random amount which was NOT for my contract after which I called Cell C on numerous occasions to have the debit reversed, I spoke to several people (named above) who informed me that I will be refunded within 7 working days. It has been over a month and I am STILL awaiting this refund. Not only is this highly frustrating and unacceptable, but it also damn inconvenient for my funds to be tied up with USELESS Cell C.
