I was contacted last week for a contract upgrade and the upgrade was concluded, however on Saturday i tried calling back asking to change the color of the phone i was sent from pillar to post i then decided to send Bondane Mchuni or email with the request, he called me Monday morning and assured that he'll change the color but since the phone is out for delivery i musnt take the phone since then i haven't received any communication, i called again this morning and was advised that the request to change the color wasn't noted. Can you please just cancel thw upgrade as i am disgusted by the level of service from you guys
