Cell C is the most *********** company I have ever worked with. I cancelled my contract with them in June 2021 via email. Yet they still let the debit order run after I cancelled the contract. In Nov of 2021 Cell C ran a debit order 10 time the amount of what the contract cost me per month. After numerous emails, phone calls, complaints on Hallo Peter and Facebook this issue has still not been resolve as they claim they could not get hold of me after I send the email in June. With this “claim” of theirs in mind, they could still phone and get hold of me after I cancelled the contract to try and sell a new contract to me (in this phone call, I also stated that I cancelled my contract), they have been communicating with me via email every time I put a complaint on Facebook or Hallo Peter and even phoned me about these complaints but yet they “could not” get hold of me when I cancelled the contact and there for the debit order and the contract was never cancelled. This to me just sound convenient and an excuse to ***** their customs money.
