CellC for the millionth time, can I kindly get my updated statement like any other customer.
This has been on going since January. I always have to rant about my statement like I'm not a paying customer.
Your employees don't fulfill their promises, from your call centre associates straight up to your employees in the media department.
I NEED MY STATEMENT.
With all my payments reflecting

07 Jun 2021, 13:04Can you forward me an email address I can forward the email i was instructed to sent to that Daniella person. I sent the email as requested. She promised to get back to me and she didn't. Even if I didn't send it she was supposed to get back to me and inquire how far I am.
