Cell C at it again. I will never ever do any kind of business with Cell C again or advise anyone to do so. They are an *********** company who do not look after the needs or queries of their clients. It so happens that I've over paid my account by R1200 and have been battling for more than a month to get a response on a refund. I was contacted to supply proof of payment which makes no sense as all that proof is in the fact the my account shows a plus balance.... I'm eagerly awaiting a call from someone to sort out this problem. In the meantime people, please refrain from using Cell C.
