Cell C consultants are so *********** and worse part me the customer get pernalised for their incompetence. I canceled a debit order method to use different payment method, the consultant failed to do it on their system and the debit order was sent and bounced, I have to pay for the bank charges and Cell C charges. One consultant logged a case for me, the next consultant says there shouldn't be a case. Pathetic ********
