I called Cell C wanting to update my banking details since I have changed banks. I was told to go to the nearest cell c store to update my banking details because I am an upfront payer.

Why in the world would such a simple request to update banking details require me to go to a branch???

This is unacceptable! Cell c, get someone to contact me back to update my banking details, I will not be going to a branch for this!
