i upgrade in the middle of April and took the Huawei p50 pro. This special came with earbuds (earphones) but til this date i have not received it. I had a fight with customer care, sales an contracts departments. A person called Bongani sold it to me but now he pulled away from the situation by not answering any of my messages or calls. I would encourage people not to use cell c. They are holding me to my side of the contract but they van breach contract from treir side. This vast entity only comes with problems and no after service, be aware. I dont know how to take this ****her. Cell c head office are useless and frankly incopetent. What should i do?
