Cell c had a error with their emergency airtime it duplicated and I called and they said they aware of the problem and I got a reference number I got a balance of R 238 emergency airtime which majority of it I never even used they eventually corrected it and then the balance was R72 I called them again and told them it's still incorrect and they said they will escaleted it I think they just use that term to get you off the phone.i called again after a few days and demanded to speak to a manager as it been too long now after fighting I eventually spoke to Annie Csicizhe team leader from the Pre paid department she is so *********** I don't even think she a real team leader.she just gave another reference We have received your query and will attend to it shortly. Cell C.as always 2 days later query still not resolved I'm tired of calling this people clearly someone isn't doing their job.i better have a answer very soon or else I'm forced to take this too the papers.
