*********** Cell C and their *********** clueless staff!

Cell c disappointing as always,about a month back I received a call from someone at cell c calling me about Black, he explained the reason why he was calling was because Cell C was trying to find out why people were not using BLACK as they should or something along those lines, I told him that I do have BLACK but it has never been connected as Cell C has failed to deliver as always (I mean whats new right??) he proceeded to tell me hence the reason for his call to make sure that I do get assistance and that I am able to use Black, he promised me the world and told me that he will be sending emails to his support team and I would be cc'd in all those email so I can track the progress, I told him though in no uncertain terms that Cell C has never impressed me infact they have always been *********** at service delivery and have always failed to meet any expectations and I also told him that chances are he is also going to prove me right by promising and not delivering and also being extremely ***********, needless to say that he did prove me right! I never heard back from that guy again and not even a single email was sent by him but that does not annoy me because I am already used to the incompetence, but what annoys me is he phoned me while I was at work which means I stopped what I was doing to lend him an ear for a load of nonsense! therefore I want cell c to pull the last call that was made to me, find out which one of their many *********** agents phoned me on that faithful day and get him to phone me back and apologies for wasting my time on that day!! I dont expect wonders from Cell C, they have introduced BLACK which themselves do not know how the product works. I want that agent to phone me BACK and apologies for wasting my time!
