We have been receiving calls telling us that we owe them money despite my husband having paid and sending them emails with the proof of payment almost every day for about a month now. Complete incompetence. Sarcastic and rude over the phone. Unhelpful.

As per the system, one of your data contracts has bee handed over. The emails which your husband sent, were they sent to Cell C or the Collections agency?

13 May 2019, 13:02Yes it was handed over AFTER he already paid long ago and has sent numerous emails and been on the phone numerous times with Cel C for almost a month now with the proof of payments. We are so disappointed in the service and incompetence. You can call him to find out the whole story from him you have the number.
