In January I renewed my internet contract intending a 10 gig and like all my previous contract I wanted it to automatically stop upon reaching the limit. However the guy at Crests cell C gave me an open-ended contract, something that was not mentioned in the contract as I read before signing. The result is I went over by 28 gig and owe R28000. For 6 months I have unsuccessfully been trying to sort this out. The manage read at Crests is mostly impossible to get hold of and she promised to come back to me. I am still waiting. I am losing business and money due to this. Never go to a store and do business as, if you do it via phone it gets recorded.
