*********** Cell C

I wrote a review on Cell C on the 2nd of March 2021 regarding the pathetic service I had in trying to cancel one of my contracts. Cell C responded on the 3rd of March 2021 when a consultant phoned me in response to the review I had written. The consultant told me that Cell C had listened to the recording I had with the consultant when I cancelled my contract back in September 2021. She admitted to me that Cell C should have cancelled my contract and that the consultant had not cancelled it. How many people are in the same predicament where contracts just don't get cancelled and people continue to pay needlessly and unjustly due to their incompetence ??? I was told by the consultant who phoned me on the 3rd of March that Cell C would so kindly cancel my contract but that I had to pay the full amount up to the end of February 2021 as my son had used the benefits that they had loaded every month. I told the consultant that I refused to pay for the benefits of that contract as Cell C had continually loaded data and airtime onto his expired contract even though he was not using their data or airtime as my son was getting free bundles of data from his University for study purposes due to lockdown which he was using as well as the fact that he had accumulated credits on his roll over airtime which he was also using. I also told her that it was not my fault that Cell C were *********** and still loading the contract against my instruction to cancel. The consultant said to me that there is nothing she can do and that she can not now cancel my contract as there is usage on it. How pathetic. She also said she would get back to me the next day in connection with sorting out my problem. I am still waiting ....... All I want is my contract cancelled, nothing more. Cell C must own up to their in competencies and sort it out. Your mistake, Fix it.
