*********** Call Centre Manager and untrained call centre agents

Only Turing in 1 star because I have to. The worst service provider ever. My fibre line goes down every 3 months even though debit order NEVER bounces. It remains off for between 6-8 days and they do nothing to compensate. Call centre agents are not trained properly and the most unhelpful manager ever is Jabulani Tembele. Unhelpful and over a 5 days period never calls back although promises to follow up and call back.

Worst company EVER and worst management for a call centre EVER.
