*********** call centre Agents

I have been calling CellC since morning 9 o'clock to assist with my ZTE router, everytime I call I get to do the security questions which is fine but get to be transffered to incorrect department, like I hv been transferred to about 4 departments and they cutoff the call cause is not the department.

And I hv to go through the security check and still not getting help. And all I need is a simple password reset cause I tried it but not working.

Am so not happy with Cell C and their *********** Call centre Agents. And maybe is high time we part ways after 15 years.
