I called Cell C to take out a new Data contract, seeing that i already have an exiting cellphone contract with them. So I figured it would be a seamless process.Little did i know...I told them it's urgent because my existing data contract expired and i was told not to worry, i would have my sim card in 2-3 days. two weekends have passed and my simcard is still Fiction. So I call the call center and explain my story, i was subsequently transferred to sales. I explain my story to the consultant, and i was subsequently transferred to someone else. I explain my story again to the consultant (Because it seems that CellC does not have the capacity to do a warm transfer), and i was subsequently transferred to someone else. The last person i spoke to, not because my query was resolved, but rather because i could not find it within myself to remain calm and refrain from using profanity, told me that he could not help and gave me the phone number and escalation process.<br> <br> Does anyone have George Prokas' phone number. I need to borrow something from him.
