I have been making numerous calls for a migrate downgrade on my account and I'm just not getting any help. I have logged a case today after being told that 4 of my cases have expired without back office contacting me. This is utter nonsense and bull****. Today again after logging a 4th case from a guy called Naked case number ***, I'm sure I won't get a call back again.
