The most unprofessional organization ever. I have never experienced this service before. Both my contracts have ended with CellC however they have not updated this info with the credit bureau since November 2021!!!! It seems like I still have a contract with them and have an outstanding balance which is INCORRECT!!!! I need this rectified ASAP!!!! The call centre is on another level of useless!!!
