Yhooo!! Cell C. Can you please stop calling me everyday 7am for the same thing. You guys FAILED to sort out my query, so unlike you, i decided to be decent and add extra to my monthly repayment, so these so called arrears can be settled, but that's still not good enough!!!! I had a ver pleasant lady call me yesterday, i again, explained my query, she explained what she needed to and we made 'this arrangement' that you want on the system, and i though i can get a break. Today my phone rings again, and it's YOU Cell C (LEARATO), for the very same thing that was addressed yesterday. I feel so bad for the poor staff that is 'doing their job' but has to take abuse from us because someone messed up and you wont take responsibility or meet me half-way at least. Instead you threaten to close my line (when you receive payment every-month????!!!!. ) Really???????????????????????
