My credit record has been negatively affected because of someone that used my details to open a contract with Cell C. This happened in December 2020 and till date my details are still flagged even thou Cell C has an obligation to inform all credit bureaus after they completed their investigation in June 2021. My life is on hold because someone did not do their due diligence. I have managed to clear my name last week with Transunion after I had log a dispute. I need Cell C to update the other credit bureaus as soon as possible. My cellphone number is ***
