*********** and lying

Cell C is a cellphone company that I will not recommend to my family, friends even enemies. I have been struggling with them to pay my refund since January 2018. They do not call their customers back with any feedback, you have to follow up yourself. They informed me that i loaded an extra benefit thing on my account and i told them i need proof of this. They informed me it will be in my email box within the next few minutes and nothing happened and this was in January. I have been calling them every 3rd day with regards to this, and every time they tell me they are waiting on their IT department. I phoned again over the Easter Weekend just passed and someone told me that i should talk to Sibongile since she is working on this, but she will only be back on the 3rd of April 2018. I left it until today 05 April 2018 and phoned them again today to hear my refund will be paid out at the end of April 2018. When i asked her what the amount is she placed the call on hold for about 5 - 10 minutes and upon returning to my call she then informed me that they are still waiting on their IT department. How can she tell me if will be receiving my refund at the end of the month and then all of a sudden tell me they are still waiting on their IT dept. It has been almost 3 months now and this still hasn't been sorted out yet.
