<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I wrote a review earlier on today and Cell C did not even bother coming back to me. I picked up the phone and spoke to the consultants by the name who Mma Nthabi, Pamela and Zenzele who couldnt help they say they do not have answers for me. Yet the problem initiated from their department. I did an upgrade last year for two phones and they brought one. I returned the phone last year and now phoned for cancellation as the consultant who called me told me i am going to receive two phones now they sent me only one. i cancelled the whole contract. Now i am liable for the data they sent to me. My question is it was on my phone what was i supposed to do? Why didnt the cancel the services for the data they sent to me as i had enough data that i always receive monthly and i dont know why didnt the cancel and keep in touch with me since i cancelled the upgrade. Now they just want to play around from my bank account as if its theirs. before someone signs off an account there is an agreement of how much will be deducted from the account. I have been paying R189 for two years now they think they can just come to my account and deduct R307.12 without even prior notice who do they think they are. What makes them think i have it. If i agreed to a debit of R189 what makes them think that i can now afford R307 who did they discuss that with. Now they suspended my account due to them deciding how much they want to deduct from my account. Thats called *****ing. Cell C is a *****. You ***** from poor people. Thats heartbreaking. I want my line activated again.</p>
