honestly CellC must have the most *********** agents ever. I called in 3 times this month to setup a debit order run on my policy and they all confirmed that it would deduct today. I call in today and they tell me that it didn't go through and that i have to call in 2 days later to request to set it up again. like what in the world is this? also i am being overcharged for receiving posts when an agent told me that cell c doent post out anymore. i have been calling since last year to request to have the bill corrrected and to this day it is still not corrected, i am still overcharged. CELLC is pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.
