Yesterday they told me that to do a sim swap because my router sim card is damaged for the 4th time

I don't know how a sim card can damage without even fideling with it

So yesterday i got a new sim card and did a sim swap i have two lines with cell c and for someone reason the lady did a sim swap on the wrong number i knoe you guys record all your calls so you can even go back your recordings

So since Monday i had to buy data out of my pocket because my son is using the router for school work

So im not paying and extra R52 for a sim swap because of an *********** agent

Do you know the trouble i went through to get a non rica sim card

I really don't know why im sticking cell c because from the first day of becoming cell c customer i had issues not 6 yo 7 months pass by not having a issues with cell c

Please i need someone to understand my frustration and please assit me
