i called the call centre on monday the 22nd feb to blacklist my device as it was ****** spoke to a lady by the name of Mmakhosi Loeto shes based at the durban branch

when i asked for the reference number this lady decided to give me attitude however i was calm about it

i specifically asked for the ref number coz i know that is what i need to make a case

this agent provided me with a ref number for the call not explaining to me that il need to wait another 48 hours to receive the ref number to make the case

im very dissapointed coz i made myself a fool going to the police station this morning with the incorrect number,,if only she provided me with all the information needed and done her job
