*********** Administration of CELL C

I have endless problems with my Cell C contract , ever since Glocell was taken over by Cell C , to do their own financial administration. Every month , I do pay my Cell C account via EFT , on month end , and the correct amount , shown on my statement . I do use the correct Reference number , which is my account number on the statement. I even send the proof of payment via email , but every month , Cell C will suspend my account , due to apparent " non payment " . When I still was able to contact the Customer care line , they would say that my account is suspended , and that I should send them the proof of payment. This incompetency of Cell C , not knowing how to ALLOCATE PAYMENTS , is ridiculous. This is my second review on Hellopeter , regarding Cell C in one month......I am fed up .....I do not even want to rate them ...but I am forced to give them 1 star , at the rating as above , otherwise I can not write my review........ Shame on you CELL C ......!!!!
