*********** Admin staff at Cell C

Once again I'm stuck with a very *********** pathetic admin dept at Cell C. 1. they need competent collections staff, who understands the collections 2. they need competent admin staff who can actually deal with & resolve (& I MEAN RESOLVE) queries in full, with a satisfied customer. I'm really sick & tired of complaining about Cell C....please I'm begging you to up skill your staff. I need my accounts sorted out immediate effect.....AND NO I do not have a reference no, but listen to "recorded calls" from the numerous people that phoned me. I ended the 1 call & straight away another collections person phoned me. I had 3 calls yesterday, of which I spoke to the staff. the other 6 calls where dropped when I answered. Yesterday I had such a competent lady call me, who understood what I was asking & MADE NOTES wrt my query. if you had more staff like her, you wouldn't be sitting in the admin mess you are in. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE WITH A BRAIN & THE CAPABILITY TO RESOLVE MY QUERY CONTACT ME. The marketing department that calls back just cannot help with my query....I get put through to a very arrogant lady who I'm still waiting for an answer from....crossing fingers that this is the last time I have to go to such lengths to get the proper service from Cell C. ????
