I had a contract with cell c which was cancelled in 2016. The final debit went through and was paid accordingly but Cell C still listed the amount with the ITC as outstanding. For the past 2 years or so, I have had this reflecting on my credit record with no clue and no reason as the account was settled with cell C. One can only imagine the cost in increased interest rates I have suffered due to their incompetence.

Your agents called to confirm that they are emailing me confirmation that I do not owe any money ad this has not been done. Your agent Bonare confirmed that she has drafted the correspondence and is confirming my email address and 2 hours later nothing has been sent. The legal and correspondence department say they are not aware of anything as no case has been opened regarding the number in question. Utterly useless
