The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been struggling since July 2020 to cancel two data sims. Cell C keeps on debiting my account. Never the less I tried canceling it again in Nov 2020. Cell C keeps on transferring from one person to another... I spoke to a Sandy Biyane in their contracts department who had the audacity to tell me I’m not listening to him. I requested to speak to a manager and he utterly told me that his not going to transfer me. How can you put my cancellation on pending status and not reach out after so many months. Telling me I should pay the arrears amount before they can cancel. I’ve been reaching out to Cell C and no one can assist me. The worst telecommunications company ever.
