<p>i have sent an email to Skhumbuzo at 08H04 asking to provide me on feedback he was supposed to give me on the 07/03/2017, i have not received anything yet, i sent an email at 14H29 and still nothing. How do you train your consultants.. this is a serious area cell c have to focus on.. its unacceptable and unproffesional to not respond to customers, especially when the consultants promise to always assist customers.. ENSURE THAT I GET FEEDBACK REGARDING ME QUERY SENT TO SKHUMBUZO NDHLOVU TODAY.</p>
Skhumbuzo was not at work yesterday, that is why he did not respond to your emails. However, we will get another consultant to assist in his absence.

if that is the case, you have to advised your consultants to put on their " out of office" response because it looks bad on the company ,clients take it that the person does not want to respond. i will be awaiting communication regarding my request.
