I requested my statement to be sent, last week already. A lady from the company called promising to assist further after I sent her my POP because my payments weren't updated.
She promised to get back to me later the same day. Till now I am waiting.
This is tiring cellc

I just want to settle the correct outstanding balance. Not the incorrect balance given because my payments don't reflect. How many other payments have I been cheated of ?
