I have requested a paid up letter for my closed contract from January and have not received any feedback. I keep calling in and my issue keeps getting escalated but I have received no paid up letter. Every month my credit report reflects a missed payment for a CLOSED account. Cell c sales calls me to open a contract because it reflects on the system that I only have a prepaid simcard. My credit score has dropped down horribly because of this nonsense. Absolutely pathetic customer care. I am tired of wasting my time and energy. I am losing money running after this incompetence.
