My wife's incoming call go's directly into voicemail. I spend 30 minutes with a technical agent on the 4th Jan, she was of no help. I again spoke to another technical agent close to an hour on the 5th Jan and again she was of no help. After failing to help me, she promised me that a senior technical agent will phone me within an hour. Guess what Cell C, 14 hours have passed & I am still waiting for that call. I need a senior technical agent(with qualification) to fix this problem, not any silly individual Cell C picks from the street and give them a job title called technical agent!!!<br> Ronald<br>
