Cell C refuse to assist me with a dispute I have where I was told by a consultant at the Cell C upgrade department on the 17th of August they are running a special, 10gig, 5gig day, 5gig night for R105. Paperwork was mailed to me that showed 2gig contract I altered to 10 gig and mailed to Cell C. Was accepted and nothing was said about the alteration I did. Cell C keep on phoning me and told is a 2gig contract after I was told on a recording by a consultant you will get a 10 gig contract. I handed this issue over to the Ombudsman to assist me. Cell C is useless!
