Incompetency

Good day

I have contacted Cell C retention`s dept on the 17th of June to have my data contract***) terminated. I spoke to Keabetswe and he confirmed that the contract will be terminated on the 17/07/2022. Termination was actioned as promised. However to my surprise on my ITC Credit Report it reflects that my account is in arrears. Can someone please advise how is this possible, for one it is not my fault that you did not debit according to the agreement on the last day of the month which would have been 31 July.I need urgent rectification especially on my ITC Credit Report as this was due to your incompetency on your end. Your service is to the pits. Released good employees and replaced them with people who have no idea of what they are doing. Get your house in order .........
