Incompetency, bad service and ********

Cell c..all I need is just a pay up letter, legal department they never respond it’s almost a month now trying to get hold of them by culling and sending emails. I only need that letter then I will never ever do business with Cell c again. They recoded me as a bad payer after 2 years of being loyal to them, paying all installments on time. They are very *********** and ********.
