Incompetency

<p>On 1/07/2016 I contacted Cell C requesting my contract to be cancelled and was transferred to a Retentions consultant, Refilwe, who told me about the a sim upgrade for R20p/m which included data, sms's and minutes. I then agreed and expected this upgrade to be effective for August 2016. In Aug 2016 I was billed R320 which is more than the sim upgrade amount and my exisiting contract. I then called in again and was advised the sim upgrade will be done and I asked what my new billing amount will be and was told that she cannot tell me, I must call in 7days before billing date. Then in Sept 2016 I was billed R320 again. I then called in last week and was advised that the sim upgrade was never activated and that I am currently on a month to month contract. For 2 months I have been paying for a full contract instead of a sim upgrade and this morning was transferred to 8 consultants and was promised that Refilwe would call me back and she has not.</p>
