Incompetence within Cell C ITC Team

To the Cell C Customer Support Department,

I hereby communicate my profound dissatisfaction and escalating discontent regarding an unresolved matter that necessitates your immediate attention. My patience has been exhausted, compelling me to bring to your notice the unacceptable state of affairs concerning my credit profile with Cell C.

Despite settling my outstanding debt in May 2023 and furnishing a paid-up letter, my Experian report as of January 2024 persistently indicates an outstanding balance of R1,000 with Cell C. This disregard for our mutually agreed-upon resolution is not only exasperating but also constitutes a blatant violation of the Credit Act.

Repeated attempts on my part to address and rectify this situation in the past have been met with indifference. This persistent lack of response is not only disheartening but also raises concerns about Cell C's commitment to adhering to the Credit Act.

Allow me to emphasize that this will be the final instance in which I extend the courtesy of such a request. Failure to promptly address this matter will leave me with no alternative but to report Cell C to the relevant credit bureau. The potential repercussions for your company, both legally and in terms of reputation, should not be underestimated.

I strongly urge whoever reads this first to bring this correspondence to the immediate attention of your manager. Subsequently, I recommend that your manager, exercising due consideration, escalate it to the next level of authority, or, even better, the Cell C legal team. This intentional progression is designed to ensure that this communication reaches an individual possessing the requisite competence to address and resolve this matter efficiently.

The lack of urgency and apparent indifference to my legitimate concerns is perplexing. I anticipate swift and decisive action to rectify this situation, and I trust you comprehend the gravity of the consequences should this matter persist unresolved.

This is not merely a cautionary note but an emphatic demand for resolution.
