Incompetence to a new level

<p>About 3or 4 years ago I moved over from Vodacom to Cell C. My number which I have had for 15yrs was ported over by Cell C. A couple of days ago my phone was ******. I can now not get a new sim card because my number has been Rica' ed in someone elses name who has never ever had that number. The dishonesty and incompetence of Cell C staff has been a mind boggle . I now sit without a phone which is and has been linked for 15 years to my business and my personal life.</p>
