Incompetence reaches new heights

<p>I called the Cell C call centre on 13 February 2017 to cancel our data contract. I was told that it had been done on the system and the termination would be effective 13 March 2017. At the end of March 2017 an amount was deducted from my bank account - OK as it would have been the charges up to 13 March 2017. At the end of April 2017 the subscription amount was deducted from my bank account - not OK, as the contract was supposed to have terminated on 13 March 2017.</p> <p>I called the call centre again on 2 May 2017, and after having to select numerous options and being transferred a number of times finally got through to the Cancellations Department again. The agent informed me that the termination had not been processed on the system, but that she would now do so and also arrange for the refund of the money erroneously deducted. However, by the end of May 2017 still NO refund and another subscription amount was deducted from my bank account!! Again I called the Cancellations Department on 1 June 2017 to be told once again that the termination had not been processed on the system and that she would follow up with the 2nd agent I had spoken to on the 2nd of May 2017, who would contact me the same afternoon to arrange for the refund of both amounts and to finally ensure that the termination is done on the system. 8 Days later and STILL NO REFUND AND NO CALL!!!!!!! I find Cell C's absolute disregard for customer service quite appaling and will NEVER have anything to do with them again!</p>
